Huge Impact Restaurant

My first experience with this restaurant was golden, most importantly the food was great, filling and priced well but also the customer service was just top notch. One of the ladies here was leaving for her second job but she still put in the effort to greet me and give me recommendations. Will definitely be returning again and would recommend.

04/29/2022 First I just want to say, This was my first time going to this place and my food was burned. The grease was burned so my food came out burned. I called in my order at 12:25pm, I arrived at 12:50pm and still had to wait 15 more minutes for my food. And it was burned. I would never buy again and I was recommended to this place.

Visited this restaurant today after seeing photos on social media for awhile. I have no complaints about the food. The food was good decent portions, decent pricing. I dined in, and would never dine in there again. The restaurant was dirty and needs new decor. The floors were dirty, there were giant cobwebs under the tables. The kitchen where they cooked and the appliances looked dirty, there was an odor when I walked inside. They have little to no lighting so it’s dark as hell in there! We ordered canned sodas, but they were brought to us In glasses. The server took it upon herself to pour our drinks in their dirty glasses! The drinking glasses I was given were dirty and the ice had some sort of white film on it floating around in my drinks. The owner also walked past several times and didn’t acknowledge me or speak, at this time I was the only customer in the restaurant. Also the seating isn’t comfortable the way it’s set up. The tables are directly in front of the register where they take your order, so it’s a line forming and people are standing right in front of my table while I’m trying to eat. Smh

I don't know why I'm even upset because I told myself not to eat there anymore after my experience from about 5 years ago I thought hmmm it might be better today 🧐😬😣Nope BIG NOPE!!! I got the 4 chicken wings with Parmesan and an order of Sweet Chili Shrimp... WOW ok so the Shrimps are battered in batter for fish which was to thick on the Shrimps but tasted burnt if you can imagine a thick fishy burnt taste on Shrimp... and the sweet chili sauce didn't taste sweet nor chili... it was watery with a spicy taste... and the chicken wings with Parmesan OMG!!! Some one had to just fry the chicken in the fish fry and shake parmesan all on them... still have the fishy burnt grease with a hint of Parmesan taste still on my tongue 🤢😡🥴😫😬🤐😠😫😵‍💫😶😔... was going to say maybe it was the time of day... but Nooo... that $16 and the taste left on my tongue will be 5 more years to infinity!!! Going home to Brush my teeth..tongue and Listerine

So I got the lemon pepper 8 wings & zing ,very berry lemonade, And the seafood platter. The wings still had feathers hardly any lemon pepper, the drink taste like sugar water, and the season was bland. Customer service is good , but didn’t expect food to be bland. I will give them benefit of doubt since I went before closing . Being a southerner my expectations is always high, but Indy always lets me down.
